REI helps local leaders and community mobilisers to identify problems in their areas and communities and work together to design and implement poverty eradication strategies. Our programs promote solidarity among community members while enabling them to pursue their own development with sustainable and more reliable development.

We bring peace building processes in our communities through conflict resolution and management strategies of mediation, reconciliation, conflict prevention, conflict management training, domestic violence management and Dialogue. We have also brought back together broken families including divorced ones and have since been back together. Our psychologists have encouraged and instilled hope among the frustrated and depressed members of society. We also do mentorship and leadership development of the Youths to prepare them for future leadership and self leadership including self reliance in their lives.
